Sunderland is not open.

We only sell an area whose planning register gives the builder who holds it at least 30 letters in four weeks -- one for each homeowner extension or loft application published, one for each permission granted -- so that it is worth the price. Sunderland does not currently meet that bar: it measured 21 letters per four weeks over 6 August to 28 October.
