For the builder who holds Canterbury that is 66 letters in the four weeks to 28 October: 33 for applications published, and 33 for permissions granted -- about 16.5 letters a week, counted in the four weeks to 28 October.

Counted from the council's own published planning register, by the date each application was submitted; approvals by the date the council decided them. The window ends a week ago so the newest days have settled. Open on the trailing twelve weeks: 6 August to 28 October.

The only builder we write to Canterbury homeowners for

We write to every homeowner in Canterbury who applies for an extension, loft conversion, dormer, garage or basement conversion, in your name, on your letterhead. One builder per council area: whoever holds Canterbury is the only firm those letters go out for.
